We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all returns must be processed through our official portal to ensure valid tracking and timely refunds.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
